4.3.2.3. Log in to WebMail classic
Without entering username and password
Open the "Mailboxes" section, in the row with the mailbox in the "WebMail" column, click "Log in" and select "WebMail classic":
The button becomes unavailable and is replaced by a dash if the mailbox password is changed by user. In this situation, you can only regain access by setting a new password in mailbox settings.
With login and password
WebMail classic is available:
- If WebMail design is configured — at your own WebMail address.
Use the full name of your mailbox as your login, and main password or app password (if enabled) as your password.
